On (27.09.2023), at our CMC Auditorium, WOLRD MARITIME DAY was Celebrated . Our honourable Chief Guest Mr. RANGASAMY MANOGARAN, Chief Executive Officer, AREM LOGISTICS received the Guard of Honour at our CMC Parade Ground and a warm welcome at our CMC reception. After the High Tea the Celebrations started with a Prayer Song at CMC Auditorium. Welcome Address was delivered by Cdt.Revathy Rajeev.(BSc 22).Then our Cdt. Ankit Dubey (B.Tech 23) delivered a Presentation about “Theme of World Maritime Day 2023 - MARPOL at 50 – Our commitment goes on" to the gathering. Then our beloved Principal Captain. Sasitharan Manikkath delivered the World Maritime Day speech to the gathering.Introduction of the Chief Guest was done by Cdt. Harsh Rajeev Gupta (B Sc 22). Then our Chief Guest Mr. RANGASAMY MANOGARAN was felicitated with Shawl and Memento by our beloved Principal Captain. Sasitharan Manikkath . Then our honourable Chief Guest Mr. RANGASAMY MANOGARAN delivered a wonderful World Maritime Day speech to the gathering. It was very useful and informative. Then the winners and participants of the MIME Competition which was conducted by the Placement Committee on 23.09.2023, were awarded with Cash Prizes and Certificates. We would like to convey our sincere thanks to our beloved Placement Director C/E.Gopalakrishnan for sponsoring the Cash Prizes. Vote of thanks was delivered by our Cdt. Lipika (B Sc 23) . Finally the programme ended with the National Anthem.
