On (28.04.2022 and 29.04.2022) the CARVING WORKSHOP was conducted at our CMC by the Department of Catering and Hotel Administration. Our First year and Second year Catering and Hotel Administration students attended the Vegetable and Fruit carving workshop.
The Chief Guest Chef.Aravind, Ginger Hotels, Tirupur visited our campus and was being the convener of the Workshop, he exhibited and enlightened the students about Carving Skills.
